Question 1

How is the Deal Score calculated?

Accepted Answer

The AI estimates the vehicle's true market value for its year, condition and typical mileage, then scores your asking price against it — factoring reliability and projected ownership costs — into a 0-100 score and a BUY, NEGOTIATE or PASS verdict.

Question 2

Can I analyze both new and used cars?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Enter any year, make, model and asking price, whether it's a new dealership listing or a used private-party car.

Question 3

How accurate are the cost projections?

Accepted Answer

Estimates are AI-generated guidance built from typical maintenance schedules, depreciation patterns and regional cost averages. They inform your decision rather than replace a professional inspection.

Question 4

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel in one click from your dashboard. Billing is prorated when you switch plans.
